From 3rd January 2023 SBC's Customer Services will be closed. After this date you will be able to access a range of council services using self-service touchscreens in West Swindon Library. Library staff will be able to assist you.

Opening hours are:

Monday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday 9.30am - 2:00pm

Wednesday 12:00noon - 5:00pm

Thursday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm

Citizens Advice Swindon

Citizens Advice would like to reassure residents that they are still able to be contacted via email or telephone, some of the things that they can help with are:

• Benefits issues, overpayments, change of circumstances
• Benefits entitlement and help to claim UC for the first
  time
• Help to claim PIP, Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance
• Debt - although much has been put in place in relation to payment holidays it is imperative that those with existing debt still seek advice at this time to avoid this spiralling out of control
• Housing issues - renting or mortgage, problems with landlords
• Employment - understanding rights, job retention scheme and self employed income support
