PUBLIC NOTICE

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 20) Order 2019

Notice is GIVEN of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restriction along both sides of Hay Lane & Tregoze Way. 

A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders under ‘Stage 2 – Formal consultation’ with reference (H&T/TRO/Hay Lane) by no later than 13 September 2019.  Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
