The West Swindon Rounds Cycle Map:

Walking is an easy way to achieve the NHS recommended 10,000 steps a day - the beauty of walking is that you can do it at your own pace, in your own time, without needing specialist equipment. If you are unsure about your fitness, talk to your Doctor or local nurse for advice first.

5 benefits of walking -

  • helps you lose weight
  • good exercise
  • lifts your mood
  • you get stronger
  • it’s enjoyable

Walking Routes Maps:

These routes are circular so you can start at whatever point suits you - if you're feeling adventurous, why not join two routes together.
